Announcing our New Director!
It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Adela Angiuli as the new Executive Director of the San Gabriel Educational Foundation.
Adela, a nineteen-year resident of San Gabriel, comes to us with a broad background in fundraising, sales and administration. She has held leadership roles at the National Charity League, where she served as Vice President of Philanthropy of the Executive Board and Public Relations Chair; at Mayfield Senior School, where she was the Chair for the Annual Benefit Gala which had multiple chairs reporting to the role, as well as Advertising, Auction and Silent Auction Chairs for the Gala in previous years. At Loyola High School she was a member of the Fundraising Committee; and Chair of the Coolidge Elementary School Kinder Playground Fundraising and Redevelopment Committee.
Adela has also worked at multiple State Farm Insurance agencies where she established or re-designed administrative processes, marketed insurance products and trained and mentored new office team members. She also has real estate and insurance licenses.
Adela and her husband Joe have raised two children; Joey who just graduated from Georgetown University and Brittany, who is heading off to Southern Methodist University in the Fall.
