Time for a virtual field trip to Cal Poly’s farm!
As we continue to deal with the impact of COVID-19 on our daily lives, SEF is inspired by the acts of kindness and creativity we witness on a regular basis. That’s why we’re excited to share that Cal Poly Pomona has invited SGUSD students for a virutal fieldtrip to their farms! Cal Poly’s program promises to be an exciting, enriching experience as students tackle new topics every week.
Even more exciting is the fact that students who complete all 6 lessons will become a Junior Farmer at Discovery Farm. We’re looking forward to hearing about all our future Junior Farmers.

Each Lesson includes a short Video Segment, Subject Worksheet, a Quiz, Fun Games and a Coloring Sheet. When students complete a lesson they will earn a Badge for that topic, after going through all 6 session they will be declared a Junior Farmer at Discovery Farm!
