SEF’s Adult Pound Class was filled with lots of energy and excitement!

During the 2020/21 academic year, we are proud to have provided free parent education workshops, student enrichment programming and family events all in accordance with our very own health and wellness initiatives.

Recently, we partnered with Pound instructor AJ King to bring her amazing Pound class to our community. She designed a full body workout perfect for letting loose, toning up and letting out stress. It is with an enormous amount of gratitude we would like to thank Pound instructor AJ King for partnering with us to bring virtual exercise classes to our community.

Together we have facilitated classes for the teachers, the adult community and coming soon…the students!!
